It was a rainy Saturday. I had some free time, so I found myself designing something else for my radio.

I am back and I have designed another 3D printed part for my Xiegu G90.

After my success printing up a clip-on speaker redirector for my Xiegu G90, now it’s time to figure out a hook for the microphone.

I had no idea what to expect from getting into amateur radio but I definitely did not expect it to rekindle my interest in 3D printing. But here we are.

I recently got a Xiegu G90 radio with the latest v1.81 firmware. The way the band pass filter works is different from the v1.79 and earlier firmware. The printed manual that came with it still referenced the older style filter settings, and I could not find any videos or blogs that explained the new settings clearly, so I am hoping this post will help out some others.
